A S Homes (Scotland) Ltd was formed in 2010 and has recently completed a number of projects comprising 221 units in and around Glasgow.

CUMMING DRIVE, CATHCART, GLASGOW

Completed within eighteen months on time and within budget, this £6m project on behalf of Home Scotland compirsed of 71 units in a mix of one, two and three bedroom flats and was constructed in a six storey timber frame.

HOLMLEA ROAD, CATHCART, GLASGOW

An attractive development of just 16 units in a mix of one and two bedroom flats. Completed within twelve months on behalf of Home Scotland.

The value of the project was £1.6m.

CATHCART ROAD, GLASGOW

Nominated for a Social Housing Award and completed on time and in budget within eighteen months, Cathcart Road on behalf of Home Scotland was a £7m project of a 66 unit development, made up of 18 houses and 48 flats.

BENBURB FOOTBALL STADIUM, GOVAN, GLASGOW

On the site of Tinto Park the former home of Benburb Juniors FC, this project comprises of 71 units in a mix of two and three bedroom flats and houses completed on time, on budget and within twenty four months.

A £7m project on behalf of Home Scotland.

WESTERN PARK, RENFREW

On the site of the former home of Renfrew Juniors FC this development comprises of 67 social houses, made up of 33 two bedroom flats (three and four storey) and 34 two and three bedroom homes.

The value of the project was £8.5m.

SPENCER STREET, ANNIESLAND, GLASGOW

Transforming a former industrial site close to Dawsholm Park, creating jobs and delivering a significant economic boost to the area  - this development comprises of 38 social houses alongside 23 properties for private sale.

A mix of 2 bedroom flats in three storeys with 6 flats being wheelchair adapted.  There will also be a mix of two storey 2 and 3 bedroom semi- detached and terraced houses.

The value of the project was £8m.

 

GRAHAM AVENUE, CLYDEBANK

On the site of the former La Scala Cinema - a significant Clydebank landmark, this development sees 44 modern energy efficient homes.  Featuring 20 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom flats, and a further 4 two-bedroom wheelchair adapted flats, all for affordable rent.

The value of the project was £5m.
