The project is being carried out with one of the UK’s leading social landlords Sanctuary Housing and will see the development of 38 social houses alongside 23 properties for private sale.

The development will comprise 2 bedroom flats in three storeys with 6 flats being wheelchair adapted.  There will also be a mix of two storey 2 and 3 bedroom semi- detached and terraced houses.

The project will transform a former industrial site close to Dawsholm Park, will create jobs and deliver a significant economic boost to the area.

A £4M SOCIAL HOUSING DESIGN AND BUILD PROJECT ON BEHALF OF CUBE HOUSING ASSOCIATION

The development totals 44 units comprising of 12 flats and 32 homes in a mix of 2 bedroom, four storey flats, together with 2 bedroom mid and end terrace houses.

ON THE SITE OF THE FORMER LA SCALA CINEMA, A SIGNIFICANT CLYDEBANK LANDMARK, THIS £5M PROJECT IS FOR CLYDEBANK HOUSING ASSOCIATION

The development will see the construction of 44 modern energy efficient homes, and will feature twenty 1 bedroom and twenty 2 bedroom flats, and a further four 2 bedroom wheelchair adapted flats, all for affordable rent.

The project will not only benefit tenants but will provide employment and training opportunities while supporting the supply chain in the local community.

The existing Gas Holders are being drained of liquid by our Demolition Sub Contractor, then filtered and separated before appropriate disposal.

We are working jointly with Scottish Gas networks to determine all redundant pipework.
